The TAG Heuer Monaco Chronograph Skeleton Racing Red brings the legendary Monaco design into a contemporary motorsport-inspired format. Its square case retains the unmistakable Monaco character while the skeletonized dial exposes the technical character of the mechanical movement beneath.

The CBL2183.FT6236 features a sandblasted Grade 2 titanium case measuring 39mm. The lightweight construction is paired with a black skeletonized dial, where prominent racing-red and white details emphasize the watch’s connection to Formula 1 and TAG Heuer’s racing heritage.

Black Skeletonized Dial with Racing-Red Accents

The defining feature is the black sandblasted skeletonized dial. Racing-red and white highlights provide strong contrast, while the open construction gives the dial a technical, mechanical appearance.

TAG Heuer’s official material describes the red accents as an evocation of the sparks associated with Formula 1 racing cars, reinforcing the racing character of this Monaco model.

TH20-00 Automatic Chronograph

Inside the watch is TAG Heuer’s in-house TH20-00 automatic movement, an evolution of the Heuer 02 architecture.

The movement operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour / 4 Hz and provides approximately 80 hours of power reserve. Its chronograph uses a column wheel and vertical clutch, while the display provides hours, minutes, seconds, date and chronograph functions.

Lightweight Grade 2 Titanium Case

The 39mm case is made from sandblasted Grade 2 titanium, helping maintain the Monaco’s substantial wrist presence while reducing weight compared with traditional steel construction.

The case measures approximately 13.8mm thick, with a 22mm lug distance and a fixed titanium bezel.

Black Leather and Rubber Strap

The Racing Red Monaco is fitted with a black embossed calfskin leather and rubber strap featuring a textile-style pattern. A Grade 2 titanium folding clasp with double-security pushbuttons completes the configuration.

100m Water Resistance

The watch offers 100 meters of water resistance and uses a sapphire caseback that provides a view of the automatic movement. The curved and beveled sapphire crystal protects the skeletonized dial.
