Rolex Daytona 126518LN Yellow Gold

The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 126518LN combines the iconic Daytona chronograph design with solid 18 ct yellow gold construction and a sporty black Oysterflex bracelet.

Its 40mm Oyster case is crafted from 18 ct yellow gold and features a black monobloc Cerachrom bezel with a moulded tachymetric scale. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the screw-down Triplock crown and Oyster architecture support water resistance to 100 metres / 330 feet.

18 ct Yellow Gold Oyster Case

The 40mm Oyster case is manufactured from Rolex 18 ct yellow gold, giving the Daytona its distinctive precious-metal appearance.

The warm gold case creates a strong contrast with the black Cerachrom bezel and black Oysterflex bracelet, combining luxury-watch character with the sporty identity of the Cosmograph Daytona.

Black Cerachrom Tachymeter Bezel

The black Cerachrom bezel features a moulded tachymetric scale designed to work with the chronograph for calculating average speeds.

The monobloc ceramic bezel is highly resistant to corrosion and scratching and provides a distinctive black contrast against the yellow-gold case.

Rolex Calibre 4131

The current 126518LN is powered by Rolex Calibre 4131, a manufacture Perpetual self-winding mechanical chronograph movement.

The movement provides approximately 72 hours of power reserve and Rolex specifies precision of −2/+2 seconds per day after casing. It incorporates a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring and high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers.

Black Oysterflex Bracelet

The black Oysterflex bracelet gives the yellow-gold Daytona a contemporary sports-watch appearance.

Oysterflex consists of flexible metal blades overmoulded with high-performance black elastomer. It includes cushioning on the inner sides and is fitted with an Oysterlock safety clasp and Rolex Glidelock extension system.

Cosmograph Daytona Chronograph

The chronograph features a central seconds hand, small seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock and a 12-hour counter at 9 o’clock.

The tachymetric scale complements the chronograph by allowing average speed to be read over a measured distance.
