Rado True Round Automatic Open Heart

The Rado True Round Automatic Open Heart R27108112 showcases Rado’s modern approach to mechanical watchmaking through a minimalist round case and distinctive open-heart dial.

The watch measures 40mm in diameter and 10.4mm in thickness. Its polished plasma high-tech ceramic monobloc case and crown create a smooth, contemporary appearance, while the transparent sapphire caseback provides an additional view of the mechanical movement.

Open-Heart Mechanical Design

The defining feature of the True Round Open Heart is the aperture in the dial that reveals part of the mechanical movement. The design creates a visual connection between the dial and the automatic movement beneath.

The official Rado specifications describe the dial as grey sunray, with rose-gold-colored bevels and applied indexes. Super-LumiNova® details are applied to the hands and indexes for improved readability.

Rado Calibre R734

The watch is powered by Rado Calibre R734, an automatic mechanical movement with an 80-hour power reserve. The movement uses an antimagnetic Nivachron™ hairspring and is tested in five positions for accuracy.

Plasma High-Tech Ceramic Construction

Rado uses polished plasma high-tech ceramic for the monobloc case and bracelet. The caseback combines titanium with sapphire crystal, allowing the movement to remain visible from the rear.

Ceramic Bracelet

The verified R27108112 configuration comes with a polished plasma high-tech ceramic bracelet and a titanium three-fold clasp. Rado lists water resistance at 50 meters.
